You can get good food anywhere in Dubai. But when you order from OJ & Glen’s, you’re not just getting food — you’re getting a hug. A memory. A little moment that feels like home, even if home is thousands of miles away.
After 25+ years of flying meals around the world for presidents, celebrities, and ultra-high-net-worth folks through my company, WithStyle Catering, I packed my knives (and my seasoning) and came to Dubai. Not to do fancy anymore — but to do what I love.
Not plated like art. Not served on porcelain.
But wrapped in love. On French bread. With a side of fries and a smoothie that hits just right.
I don’t have a culinary degree — I’ve got something stronger:
Our family line begins in Bunkie, Louisiana (smack-dab in the heart of "Da Boot"} rasied by the GREAT Arthur and Ella Mae Washington, my grandparents, who taught us, me that service is of God, and when you do it with love, you make God & people smile.

It’s not just named after my cousins OJ and Glen, who are brothers raised in the 9th Ward of New Orleans by my amazing Aunt Gladys & her too-cool-for-school husband, Kenny— it’s built on their spirit. It’s rooted in the love I had for them, the laughter we shared, and the lessons that shaped me.
I’m an entrepreneur, a mom, a GlamMa, community builder and a woman of faith— and this is how I speak my love language:
Through food. Through comfort. Through legacy.
Right now, it’s Po’Boys, fries, and smoothies — made fresh, served fast, and dripping with soul.
But don’t worry — Seafood Gumbo is coming. Fried chicken is coming. Red beans & rice is coming. Peach bread pudding is coming.
And yes, you can get great food here in Dubai. But what you get here is something more. It’s the feeling you got when your Mama, Nana, Dadi, Teta, Nonna, or Maman Bozorg handed you a plate and said: “You got this, baby. Now eat.”
